regarding turnaround time, sample requirements, and result status in a
friendly manner and most often are able to answer a question without
ever transferring the call.

specialists in problem resolution ensuring sample concerns are addressed
and corrected in a timely and accurate manner. Our service center is
operational 24/7 because we service both hospital and physician
locations and our customers appreciate our one-stop-shop service
allowing them to order supplies, request duplicate reports, provide
sample collection instructions, and triage calls for other laboratory
