Field Account Management Team
During the implementation process, your Account Manager will train respective staff and remain on site for the first week of the go-live to ensure a smooth transition. The field Account Manager assigned to your facility is responsible for maintaining exceptional service levels, troubleshooting and resolving and issues concerning billing, sample or testing concerns, turnaround time issues, and act as the liaison between clients and GCL.
