• Pay an invoice: Pay your Genesis invoices securely online . Genesis accepts: Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

• Billing change requests: Allows you to request billing insurance changes for your patients on your client statement to bill medicare, Medicaid, insurance or direct patient bill. Please fax this form to: 708-783-0668.

• Request an additional copy of an invoice.
